"Hi professor Bekoff,
I hope I'm not upsetting you in all this. I end up in the same position as you, when you once complained about lack of viable debate ;)
Listen, the point I'm trying to make, is simply that we as a society, should learn to agree based on resemblances, instead of disagree based on our differences.
If I may, I'll soon propose you a "Letter from a reader" on this topic, which will very well explain my point, in respect to everyone's opinion. A sweet letter with no teeth.
Sorry for the disturbance. My insistence comes from the fact that I treat this matter as one of life or death. From a pragmatic stand point, importance associated with debates - and therefore the time and energy we should allocated to 'em - is dependent mostly based on practical impacts in actual life. I may be wrong, but I think there's a matter or life or death (as opposed to being fan or not) here.
Sorry again, I'll make myself much more clear in the letter. I'll be up to you to publish this or not.
Best regards and respect"
Donc pas du tout poilu.
